TERMS OF SERVICES

TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply to rentals, décor, installations, and event services provided by Anna Party Rentals. By booking services and submitting payment, the Client agrees to the following terms.

Booking & Payment Terms

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve the event date. The remaining balance is due by the date stated on the invoice. For events booked within two (2) weeks of the event date, payment is required in full at the time of booking. The event date is not secured until the required payment and signed agreement have been received.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

By entering into an Agreement with Anna Party Rentals, the Client acknowledges that a non-refundable retainer is required to secure the event date and services. The retainer will be applied toward the total balance but will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.

Cancellation requests must be made at least thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled event date. Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled event date and are subject to availability and approval by Anna Party Rentals. Any approved rescheduling may be subject to price adjustments or additional fees.

Rental Items — Damage, Loss & Cleaning

The Client is responsible for rental items from the time they are delivered or released until they are collected or returned to Anna Party Rentals. The Client agrees to pay the repair or replacement cost for items that are lost, stolen, excessively dirty, damaged, or improperly handled.

Delivery, Setup & Breakdown

Delivery, setup, and breakdown will occur during the times agreed upon with the Client. The Client is responsible for ensuring Anna Party Rentals has timely and adequate access to the venue. Additional charges may apply for delays, restricted access, stairs, extended setup/breakdown times, late-night pickups, or services outside the original agreement.

Venue Requirements & Permissions

The Client is responsible for confirming that the venue permits all contracted décor, rentals, installations, draping, stages, dance floors, and other services. Any venue requirements, restrictions, loading instructions, insurance/COI requirements, or setup rules must be provided to Anna Party Rentals before the event.

Outdoor Events & Weather

For outdoor events, the Client is responsible for providing a safe and suitable setup location and having a contingency plan, such as an indoor or covered alternative. Anna Party Rentals reserves the right to delay, modify, refuse, or remove a setup if weather or site conditions are unsafe, including rain, high winds, storms, flooding, or unstable ground.

Weather-related rescheduling is subject to availability and may result in additional fees. Payments are non-refundable due to weather-related conditions.

Client & Guest Responsibility

The Client is responsible for ensuring guests, vendors, and venue personnel do not move, misuse, climb on, alter, or damage Anna Party Rentals property. Children must be supervised around stages, backdrops, draping, floral installations, dance floors, and other rental equipment.

Liability & Safety

Anna Party Rentals will take reasonable precautions when providing and installing its services. Anna Party Rentals is not responsible for injuries, damages, delays, or losses caused by misuse of rental items, actions of guests or third parties, venue conditions, weather, or circumstances outside of its reasonable control.

Event Changes & Additional Services

Any additions or changes requested after the agreement is signed are subject to availability and may require additional payment. Additional services are not confirmed until approved by Anna Party Rentals and any applicable balance has been paid.

Force Majeure

Anna Party Rentals will not be liable for failure or delay in performing services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, venue closures, emergencies, or other unforeseen events. When reasonably possible, Anna Party Rentals will work with the Client to find an appropriate alternative.

Agreement & Acceptance

By booking services with Anna Party Rentals, submitting payment, and/or signing an agreement, the Client acknowledges that they have reviewed and accepted the services, pricing, payment schedule, policies, and applicable Terms & Conditions.
